What you have to do is spare some time to have a chat with your loved one. Make sure that all your baby’s needs are fulfilled so he can be calm and that helps you to sit and talk with your spouse. So, talk about it. Speak up. Tell him/her what you have in mind, your expectation. And, on the contrary, you also must listen to him/her. After everything is said, work together to solve it. Let’s say that you’re the new mother and you feel tired of taking care of the baby by yourself and your husband doesn’t help at all. Work with him to find the best timing for him to be able to help you. Or, you are a husband who feels like your wife has no time for you. Find a way to help her get more time for you. If you both used to have some romantic dinners in some fancy restaurants, now you still can have romantic dinners. Just change the place. Turn some spots or corners in your house into a romantic place for the dinner. That way, you don’t have to leave the baby yet still have the chance to have the romantic date.
